What have we been up to this week?
Year 3 have had an amazing start to the year! We have come back from the summer break so grown up and ready to learn. We have been working hard in all our lessons: In writing, we have been learning the traditional tale The Gingerbread Man and our writing tasks in the coming weeks will be based around this story. In maths, we have been securing our knowledge of number and place value. We have enjoyed a broad range of foundation subjects including PE, geography, RE, PSHE. We loved our art lesson this week. We took our pencils for a walk around our pages and made different marks inside each section of the shape we made. It was art-tastic! Here are some photos of us working hard in maths.
