What have we been up to this week?
Year One have had another amazing week! We have been working very hard in our new science topic all about plants. This week we learned about the different parts of a plant. A plant has roots, a stem, leaves and a flower.
We also discussed what job each part of the plant does. Then we went outside and found lots of different leaves. When we came inside, we sorted the leaves into different groups according to their colour, shape or size. Finally we made a beautiful leaf collage with them all.
