What have we been up to this week?
This week the Year 1 children have been learning about Judaism in R.E. The children learnt about how Jewish people celebrate Shabbat and why it is so important to Jewish families. Year 1 then discussed with each other about their own favourite day of the week and talked about what their rest day looks like for their family. Furthermore, Year 1 were also able to confidently share their own religions with their classmates to then compare the similarities and differences of their week.
