What have we been up to this week?
Year 1 have dived into the fantastic world of fractions. We’ve looked at splitting wholes into halves and halves into quarters. As always with fractions this has allowed us to play some engaging games that the children have loved. It is always brilliant to see the children discover and enjoy a new element of maths. Especially one that means they will now be able to equally share out parts of a juicy orange!
