What have we been up to this week?
This week has been Science Week! Our super scientists in Year 1s have been getting involved with all sorts of fun experiments: finding out different properties of everyday materials and discovering objects that are waterproof and not waterproof. The Year 1 teachers & TAs did try their best to keep dry! As a treat to celebrate Science Week, on Monday we dressed up in scientist-related costumes. We saw astronauts, vets, zoologists, chemists, doctors, and many more. The children had a lot of fun and they all showed a special eagerness to discover more about science.
