Curriculum Network
Purpose
To support each school’s curriculum development across the Trust. To ensure teachers have a firm and common understanding of the school’s curriculum intent and what it means for their practice.
The network will ensure the work given to pupils, over time and across each school consistently matches the aims of the curriculum. A curriculum that is coherently planned and sequenced will lead cumulatively to sufficient knowledge and skills for future learning and employment. The network will support each school’s ambition to ensure:
- pupils’ work across the curriculum is consistently of a high quality
- pupils consistently achieve highly, particularly the most disadvantaged
- pupils with SEND achieve exceptionally well
