What have we been up to this week?
It’s appropriate that we’re currently learning about bugs and creepy crawlies because the whole of reception have been busy bees this week! Our buzzing little hive have had some special visitors this week. On Monday, we had the team in from White Post Farm. They brought in some wonderfully cute rabbits, gerbils and other furry characters. They also had some of the scaley kind too, a lot of brave child actually stroked the snakes! Tuesday saw a visit from the police. They visited to teach the children about the work that they do in the community. It was a brilliant afternoon with a highlight of seeing the police van in action. Last but not least, Wednesday saw the whole of Ambleside celebrate our Ofsted report with our Fizz & Finery day. It’s been a very special week!
