What have we been up to this week?
Our week started with an absolute blast this week! Reception hosted Book & Breakfast on Monday morning. Book & Breakfast invites the children’s parents to join them so they can read and enjoy some classic books, new books, colourful books, unusual books, and many more! It is always a lovely morning with the parents and children as we explore reading together. The morning is also a great way for the children to enjoy their favourite book and a chance to discover a new one. For the parents, they get to see this in action and they get to see the positive impact of reading. Also, there is an opportunity to have a decent breakfast cob! We finish the week, with another Book & Breakfast on Friday. Good breakfast, good books!
