What have we been up to this week?
Can we say ‘it’s starting to feel like Christmas’ yet? Classes 1, 2 & 3 have started to rehearse our Christmas performance this week. We’ve picked some classic songs so, while there is a lot to learn, the children should be familiar enough with them. We try to keep the song list a surprise however we imagine the children will sing them as they head out for home time. Sorry if you get any songs stuck in your head! Even if it’s early for Christmas it does not seem too early for snow. It definitely feels like winter this week! The reception staff have talked to the children about being safe on the icy pavements and being sure to hold their carer’s hand as the go home. All the children have been wrapped up and winter ready. The children’s excitement and smiles are warming up the classroom!
