What have we been up to this week?
Welcome back to all the children in Classes 1, 2 & 3! It is good to see their faces again after the well-earned break. The have all settled into school like ducks to water. Which is fantastic news as the first week back after the break can be tricky. It’s doubly fantastic as there is plenty of work to do: This term we are looking at autumn and the colours and changes that it brings. This also includes looking at wildlife and their behaviour. We are part of the Number Bots maths activities which is a great way of having fun with maths. And we are introducing Chatter Matters where we have words of the week which the children will learn during lessons and play. So, lots on. We thought pictures of the children building blocks represents the upcoming term well: building such structures requires patience, perseverance, practice, teamwork and concentration. All of which our Owlets, Froglets and Snakelets have shown plenty of this week!
