What have we been up to this week?
This week in reception, the children have continued their learning all about insects. The children have moved on from the theme of spiders and this week they have been learning about ants. The theme has allowed the children to put their mathematical skills to use, counting the six legs of an ant. They have also created ants through observational drawings, dot painting and even constructed them from resources within the environment.
