Payroll Service

Our external partners provide an excellent service using a client portal to share information with our central HR Officer as well as our people. Payslips, P60s and reports are shared with through an app to be accessed at any time.

As part of our commitment to the health and well-being of our people, we provide an employee assistance programme which provides our people with:

Recruitment, retention and performance management

By recruiting people for their unique abilities which match the roles they are recruited for; we are empowering our people to be stronger together. As part of our People Strategy we are passionate about professional and personal development. The Trust ensures every person has an annual performance management meeting using SMART targets which is reviewed to ensure progress. We want our people to feel challenged, supported and a sense of achievement in all that they do.

Trade Union Joint Negotiating and Consultation Committee (JNCC)

The JNCC brings comprises of members of the Trust central executive team and open to all recognised trade unions under the recognition agreement. The committee aims to enhance effective communications throughout the Trust to achieve greater participation and involvement of all members of staff

Policy Review and implementation support

All of our trust and school policies go above and beyond the statutory requirements by the DFE. We ensure they are all concise and provide guidelines to our people to work in a safe environment. As part of our due diligence process we support new schools and trusts in implementing current and new policies to guarantee compliance as a minimum.

HR Helpdesk

We have a committed team of talented people that can answer any questions you may have around human resources. This may be regarding maternity rights, contractual issues or general day to day queries. Our HR Helpdesk delivers a consistent, intelligent and quick service to all of our people.
